Position Description:
**Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance**
Engineering Project Leads are needed to provide project management leadership for engineering teams as well as internal and external resources and customers. You will be integral in the development of statement of work (SOW) and estimates to satisfy ongoing and new business requirements, assessment of the impact of changes and events on deliverables, resources, costs and schedules, and modification of execution plans. You will also identify and track performance metrics, and develop plans for risk mitigation and opportunities. These positions will be located in St Charles, Missouri.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate preparation of estimates for new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain project execution plans.
Track progress and suggest adjustments where necessary.
Work with supplier management team to monitor and track supplier performance.
Coordinate with integrated scheduling team.
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop mitigation or execution plans.
Develop leadership skills and experience
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
3 or more years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
7 or more years of experience in engineering and/or engineering project management.
Experience developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects.
Willing and able to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cost account management and/or earned value management experience
Risk management experience
Proficient with Excel, Work, Powerpoint
Experience with Microsoft Project
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
