Position Description:

Designs, develops, manages, conducts and evaluates custom technical training materials, assessments and programs. Assists with cost-benefit analyses and prepares and presents reports regarding the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and curricula. Provides complete training, instruction and guidance in the performance of Instructional System Development (ISD) tasks. Assists in the evaluation of new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development and delivery for internal and external customers. Requirements:
Company is seeking an experienced Instructional System Designer (ISD) with a minimum of 3 years ISD experience to support US Navy and US Air Force courseware development, changes and updates. Designs, develops, manages, conducts and evaluates custom technical training materials, assessments and programs. Assists with cost-benefit analyses and prepares and presents reports regarding the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and curricula. Provides complete training, instruction and guidance in the performance of Instructional System Development (ISD) tasks. Assists in the evaluation of new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development and delivery for internal and external customers.Designs, develops, manages, conducts and evaluates custom technical training materials, assessments and programs. Assists with cost-benefit analyses and prepares and presents reports regarding the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and curricula. Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
