Position Description: Experienced Flight Test Engineer to plan flight tests, brief test events, lead test execution, and debrief and document the test. These ground and flight tests are for development and certification of commercial airplanes and military derivatives. The engineer must be a good communicator well versed in flight test, crew resource management, and risk management. Works under minimal direction and provides training and mentoring to other test participants.

Requirements: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
