Position Description: Uses manual or Computer Aided Design (CAD) CATIA V5/ENOVIA tools to develop and maintain mechanical/structural engineering product definition. Assists in preparation of basic design layouts. Modifies existing designs. Assists in the coordination and development work transfer packages for relevant parties. Verifies accuracy of non-technical data. Investigates and resolves routine manufacturing process or engineering related issues. Supports the maintenance of new processes and procedures by providing input related to routine aspects of the maintenance process. Works under general supervision.

Requirements: AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to work conceptual, preliminary and detailed design including 2D drawings and 3D deliverables • Experience or completed coursework in computer-aided design (CAD) tools to design mechanical components, subassemblies, or systems Experience creating structural / mechanical designs using CATIA & Enovia
