Position Description:
Provides the Engineering leadership to a team representing the 777X Cabin Systems In-flight Entertainment and Connectivity Engineering group, which may include internal and external resources and customers. Responds to changes to SOW, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules. Leads project execution to complete the work statement. Identifies performance metrics. Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project or program. Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity. Focus on developing, implementing, integrating, and delivering 777 and/or 777x customer introduction aircraft. Works closely with multiple cabin systems platform teams, cabin systems tech center, other systems teams as well as interiors teams. Supports configuration development, resolving cross-commodity design & interface issues, identifying & managing risks for the Customer Introductions and development projects, and serving as the Cabin Systems Integration Engineer to the program. Projects typically span numerous teams (within and beyond both Payloads and Systems) and require consideration of technical, business, and external factors. Works under minimal direction.

Requirements:
Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
