Position Description: Coordinates definition of complex requirements for processes used in the manufacture of products. Establishes documents to manage the deployment of processes. Leads evaluation of emerging technologies for application to business needs. Leads integration of new technologies. Coordinates complex analysis to determine reasons for failures processes. Coordinates broadly based corrective and preventive actions. Leads design, development and qualification of sophisticated computer and production systems to satisfy user requirements. Works under consultative direction.

Requirements: The following skill sets are desired: * CATIA V5 * CAMS experience * Data collection (scanning preferred) * Data analysis (Polyworks, Spatial Analyzer, GOM) * Software Development Skills * Preferred LabView, C++, VB, or C# * Basic controls knowledge * Preferred experience with Siemens controllers, both programming and operation * Knowledge of aircraft assembly, * preferred prior knowledge of shimming processes. Bachelor's degree with 14 or more years' experience, Master's degreee with 12 or more years' experience or PhD with 9 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
