Position Description: In your role, you will: • Lead Integrated Product Development Team weekly meetings for your respective work package • Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the Program • Interface with the Project Management group and other Work Package leads • Manage the integration of the work package schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other work packages • Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans • Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each program phase • Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes • Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline • Lead change-management activities, from initiation to engineering implementation completion, for a given portfolio of changes; ?Ensure timely presentation of the changes to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process; ?Prepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review Board; ?Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change’s life-cycle. Your daily tasks will include proactive leadership in problem resolution, tracking of product development tasks, actions and deliverables, coordinating and communicating tasks between the work packages, the Suppliers and other functions within CSeries. You will have daily interaction with the Work Package Specialists, Integrators and Suppliers.

Requirements: Key Skills: - Bilingual (French/English) - Must have experience in Project Management and or Project Engineering. - Must be proficient with MS Office applications including MS Project, Power Point, Excel and Access.. - Must have a minimum of 5 years in the aerospace industry, more specifcally in the product development sector, Project or Program Management. - Certification in project Management is an asset - An understanding of aerospace product certification is an asset. - Must have excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and negotiation skills. - Must have excellent communication skills. As our ideal candidate, • You have an Engineering Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. • You have five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent. • You ideally have experience in aerospace. • You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. • You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel. • You are a team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
