Position Description: The Electrical Systems team is responsible for integration of the electrical power generation & distribution system, emergency power, lighting systems and wiper system on the CSeries aircraft. As part of the Electrical Systems team, responsibilities of the Electric systems engineer will include: - Working with suppliers to verify and test systems requirements and systems interfaces. - Management of all Problem Reports from system testing. - Rig/aircraft test support for systems validation and certification. - Review of Qualification Test Procedures and Reports. - Preparation of test reports and certification material. - Integration and communications between suppliers and other work packages. - Support to manufacturing.

Requirements: Key Skills: - Knowledge of aircraft electrical system in a development environment. - Must have aircraft experience. - Experience with certification with civil aircraft and civil airworthiness regulations is an asset. - Must have a strong background and a good understanding of aircraft systems integration, component qualification, reliability and safety requirements and certification process. - Must be proficient with CATIA V5 and ENOVIA and with the release of engineering drawings and changes. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: - You have as a minimum a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering. - You have some relevant working experience in aircraft electric power systems. - Specific experience on some/or all of the following is advantageous: Transportation electrical system, ram air turbine emergency generators, electrical distribution systems, lighting systems and equipment qualification. - You have CATIA and ENOVIA experience. - You must have initiative and excellent communication skills including the ability to read/write in French and in English. - You are a team player. - You have a dynamic personality with leadership skills, to integrate complexsystems and solutions in a timely manner. - You have facilities with multitasking.
