Position Description:
***2nd SHIFT POSITION***
Job Description:
Required strong individual with aircraft structural background and can work in confine space and willing to work 2nd shift operation. General Job Description: Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products. Documents and reports audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements.
Daily responsibilities will include:
• Performing in-process, and final inspections;
• Performing end item source acceptance;
• Assist with review and validation of product non-conformance and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements;
• Support analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes;
• Participate in the investigation to determine root cause of nonconformance of plans;
• Gather date and provide recommendations/solutions to nonconformance of plans, products or processes; Assist with the development, modification and documentation of actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action;
• Assist in obtaining corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes and submit for review;
• Support concurrence and obtain commitments to support program resolution;
• Participate and observe the validation associated with corrective action to assure nonconformance has been eliminated.
Requirements:
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
