Position Description: • Support plant interface between Mexico manufacturing facility and customer facilities, answering phone calls and responding to emails about order status • Expedite and de-expedites POs and SOs orders based on build plan, and customer requests • Updates POs and SOs in MRP based on actions messages received in purchasing inbox • Supports buyers and planners by performing inventory data analysis, tracking, and counting parts on the shop floor • Conduct inventory data analysis tasks as required

Requirements: Required Skills: • Good communication skills. • Understanding of written instructions. • Knowledge of basic math skills. • Flexibility in tasks • Strong data entry skills Qualifications: • Associates or 2-year degree strongly preferred • Familiar with computer applications (MRP desired) • Microsoft Excel Skills • Strong Decision Making Abilities
