Position Description:

**This is a 2nd SHIFT position. With anticipated work hours of: 3PM- 12AM**

**The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for obtaining and passing a vision test at their own cost, and must pass the company requirements for this position.**

Performs simple production assembly operations and inspections on electronic/electrical and mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.

Provides simple maintenance on machines and tooling and machine set up tasks to prepare machines for production activity following machine inspection checklists. Assembles and delivers kits.

Performs simple receiving and inspections procedures on incoming materials. Performs periodic simple maintenance on machines and tooling and machine set up tasks to prepare machines for production activity following machine inspection checklists.

Documents inspection results in accordance with applicable procedures. Works under close supervision, strong work ethic with excellent attendance. Our teaching process is sequential and does not allow for absence or tardiness – the instructor cannot go back and catch a student up on what they may miss during the training sequence.

Failure to be able to demonstrate proficiency of skills taught throughout the training course will result in release from the assignment at the point of determined inability to perform the skills. Students will be released from the assignment if they have attendance issues.
Requirements:


High school diploma or GED. No prior related work experience is required for these jobs. We will train people to do what we want done. Key skills are highly developed manual dexterity, good hand/eye coordination, color acuity, and a strong work ethic as well as basic computer skills to find and open work instruction files comfortably. Fluency to read, write, and speak English.


The vision requirements currently needed at the El Paso site are as follows: Color Vision, Level 2; Visual Acuity, Near 20/20 and Visual Acuity, Far, 20/50.
