Position Description:
With oversight, assists in facilitating process management teams. Assists in facilitating appropriate use of process methods and tools within a structured or defined environment, such as team meetings.
Assists in collecting, analyzing and documenting requirements from process owners.
Participates in documenting business processes and data models.
Understanding of current strategic initiatives.
Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and implementation activities. Understands the customer''s processes.
Identifies customer requirements for user acceptance testing to verify system functionality, quality, and accuracy.
Participates in peer-group reviews of designs and creates and maintains documentation. Uses established document control procedures and guidelines to complete assignments. Supports efforts to eliminate and/or consolidate process documentation. Assists in applying process standards, guidelines, methods and tools.
• Participate in the developing and updating of training content to support integration of Supplier Diversity strategies and practices within the BDS and Supplier Management framework. Distribution of training content will be by utilizing formal presentations, web based applications, and other methods.
• Support research of critical and emerging issues and risks associated with the Small Business Act, Small Business Administration, FAR and DFARS Small Business clauses, and supplemental DOD and other customer Agency regulations; to assess impact on supplier diversity initiatives. Support drafting feedback to regulatory agencies, and industry-government forums.
• Provide comprehensive consultant guidance to Supplier Diversity, and other partners regarding development of Small Business Subcontracting Plans and response to other customer proposal requirements.
• Lead, conduct, and support Supplier Diversity assessments and audits for internal and external management oversight purposes; and ensure compliance to policies, rules, and regulations.
• Collects, monitors, and analyzes complex data from business systems and creates various internal and external reports.

Requirements:
Requires an experienced professional capable of working with senior management; able to provide reliable consultative advice on regulatory compliance techniques, methods, and practices.
Demonstrates knowledge of general database concepts.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required.
