The primary responsibility is to provide health customer service and safe/efficient program operation within the Onsite Fitness center setting (fitness membership, appropriate exercise design, instruction and monitoring along with health coaching or referral on all related health issues/disease management). Skilled in emergency response and basic life support. When required and assigned, perform site focal responsibilities such as safety inspections, cleaning and preventive maintenance, membership process, group exercise and equipment inspection. Additional responsibilities include understanding and promoting all Well Being services, including referrals and promoting/coordinating campaigns. Able to work independently, problem solve, and think critically to support organizational objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. Exercise Science or related field and/or ACSM/NSCA certifications. 3-5 years experience.
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
