**Position is On-Call. Hours will vary from week to week**
Expert in MS Word a must. Evaluates customer requirements for proposals and creates documents using Microsoft Word. Formats proposal documents, produces material and proofs content for print, web and digital. Formatting of all volumes of a proposal which includes files in Excel. Produces and integrates graphic elements into final formats for digital and print media. Transfers and converts files into consistent and useable formats. Determines appropriate type, layout and delivery method. Ability to set up multi-page, multi-column, style sheets, character styles, character and essential features. Ability to create visually appealing and technically correct documents for delivery to various government agencies. At times the job will require working long hours on proposals to meet critical deadlines.
Experience Required:
5 years experience on government proposals using MS Word. Aerospace related preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
