Position

Overview

We are seeking a talented, experienced, project management professional to support the 3.0 Development Program Office. This enterprise initiative is responsible for designing improvements to company HR systems, processes and tools that support leadership and workforce, learning and development. The program is seeking someone with a passion for leadership and workforce development.
• Primary responsibilities include oversight of major 3.0 Program integration activities plus support on development of leadership communications, and briefing packages.
• Organizes and supports Program Integration projects, including integrated planning, work-package documentation, and alignment of work across IPTs and Program Teams;
• Creative, saavy expert in developing charts for impactful Executive briefing packages and cross-enterprise leadership briefings.
• Organizes and manages logistics for major program reviews and meetings. Prepares meeting materials plus records and communicates the results.
• Facilitates data collection across multiple, virtual 3.0 IPTs and Program teams, with expertise in creating Excel databases, summary reports and other 3.0 Program tracking documents.




REQUIREMENTS:


• A virtuoso with both detailed analysis and synthesis of Program material.
• Proven success with written and oral communications across diverse audiences and teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in forming strong relationships and working with multiple, cross-organizational and virtual teams.
• Familiarity with PMBOK or Company's Program Management Best Practices to assist IPT project managers. Supports the team by collecting task status and creating reports for the program.
• Creative, saavy expert in developing charts for impactful Executive briefing packages and cross-enterprise leadership briefings.
• Maintains library of presentations for program briefings.
• Experience with major company change projects is desired.
• Skilled at working successfully in a dynamic program environment, with flexibility to manage changes across multiple activities.
• The ideal candidate will be a self starter, demonstrate strong project leadership skills while approaching daily assignments with adaptability, creativity and a passion for collaborative excellence.

Bachelor degree required. Masters degree a plus.
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
