Support the development, deployment and maintenance of export control programs and processes; including but not limited to: interpret regulatory changes and develop impact analysis; development of processes & procedures, and statement of work requirements; knowledge of export control systems; development, deployment and execution of risk management policies; and development of compliance training.
Knowledge of company, state, federal and/or International compliance regulations (e.g. import/export, International Traffic In Arms Regulations [ITAR], Export Administration Regulation [EAR]). Interfaces and provides comprehensive regulatory solutions with internal / external compliance organizations to enhance strategic partnerships. Analyze and identify opportunities to export control issues to ensure compliance to regulations and company policies.
Other skills: Ability to support, lead, and delegate the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle. Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Education / Experience:
Preferred Bachelors Degree and/or 8 years experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
