Position

Overview

Responds to post production customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution. Processes supplier and/or customer data regarding spares deliveries. Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders. Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include capacity and performance.

This position is in the SCM (Supply Chain Management) Order Management Team. Candidate will perform order entry, order management, and closeout activities of spare part deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must be able to conduct root cause corrective action analysis. Must demonstrate ability to analyze and investigate complex issues. Job requires candidate to monitor and track spares deliveries through the use of SDF (Supplier Data Follow up), NWP (Networked Procurement Inquiry), MS2 (Mechanized Spare Management System) systems and system health metrics. Candidate will coordinate cross-functionally to resolve outstanding or forecasted issues. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication and have experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience. Bachelors Degree in business or supply chain management prefered.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
