Our customer is looking for a SharePoint Developer to join their team as a permanent employee. You will be primarily responsible for application, web and utility development using C# as defined by user requirements and design documents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Write code using C# as defined by user requirements and design documents
Develop and implement Unit Testing processes and procedures
SharePoint development and deployment
Assist with other areas of the Application Development Life Cycle as needed
Write Sql scripts and stored procedures using Microsoft Sql Server
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and experience with a mainstream programming language, such as C#, VB.NET, or Java
Knowledge and experience with a mainstream RDMS, such as Sql Server, Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSql
Experience with an Application Development Life Cycle methodology
Some relevant experience preferred with the following technologies:
Microsoft Sql Server or other major RDMS, such as Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSql
ANSI SQL
Web technologies, including HTML, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery
Web Servers (IIS, Apache)
Version Control using CVS or Subversion
Some general experience with:
Object Oriented Programming
SharePoint or Web development
Automated deployment to multiple servers/environments
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant and related work experience in application or web development.
Must successfully pass a background and credit check to access sensitive information and automated systems.
