Assignment to this position will be to the modification team responsible for installation of US Army Maintenance Work Orders (MWO’s) on the new CH-47F helicopters located in Millville New Jersey. Requirements are to possess the skills and knowledge necessary to disassemble, assemble, and/or modify ACFT or ground support systems and structures by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components. Configures aerospace vehicles and support equipment. Will work from written instructions or blueprints. Required to document work completed both manual (paper logbooks, work books) and computer based logbooks. Works under general supervision and direction. Complies with all applicable safety and environmental processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess mechanical, structural, and Electrical skills and the ability to work with minimal direction. Minimum education; High School completion or equivalent (GED). A&P License a plus.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
