The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by Company Security.
Develops estimates and TINA compliant proposals from technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program. Performs statistical analyses to identify opportunities and risk and mitigation plans. Evaluates pricing instructions, special clauses, evaluation criteria, contract terms and conditions and work breakdown structure, included in a Request for Proposal.
Experience Required: Microsoft Exchange, MS Windows, MS – Office Products
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Degrees include: Business, Mathematics, Economics
Travel might be required to support on the job training.
Rotorcraft experience preferred.
