Job Summary
Position Purpose:Under general supervision, perform various administrative functions relating to small tools and facilities management. This includes processing purchase orders; facilities work orders, tool/equipment management, and visual management. Act as tool crib, CSC, and Unicco liaison. Track responsibilities given specified weekly/monthly schedule, and update IPT using specified logs and meeting presentations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
:1. Obtain approval for and process Add Tool requests.
2. Obtain needed information and process repair/return to vendor requests.
3. Create and process work orders in Unicco Metaframe system.
4. Maintain and update toolbox inventories.
5. Re-etch and re-tape tools as added or replaced.
6. Manage broken tools/chits.
7. Maintain visual management (signs, labels, chart updates)
8. Track weekly purchases, facilities work orders, toolbox updates and monthly returns/repairs.
9. Continuously track activities using sustaining and PO logs.
10. Attend weekly meeting with IPT.
Additional Functions:
1. Act as tool crib liaison-process add stock item requests and tool crib transfers.
2. Act as CSC liaison-process equipment/account requests.
3. Act as Unicco point of contact-identify maintenance tasks with Unicco representative and ensure completion.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
High School diploma/GED.
One (1) year Tool Allocation or related technical experience. Must be able to work any shift. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Contractor used to support G450,G550, G650 & AAP Small Tooling
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
