Administrative Layout Focal (ALF) to reduce the burden on the Design Engineer Lead. Work statement will include receive and store layout documentation from teams in ENOVIA, facilitate layout milestone reviews, schedules & host meetings, and process and document ECDs and NRRs (No Release Required) for layout milestones.
JOB SKILLS: Company knowledge of work statement development and commitment processes, general understanding of Engineering processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organizational skills. Working knowledge of ENOVIA (filing of non-technical documentation), ETAC, Outlook, WebEx.
10+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
