JOB DUTIES:
Fabrication Inspection - Primary function is to perform in-process inspections of composite lay-up assemblies. This may include both hand and automated layup approaches to all applicable standards and specifications. Other task includes perishable material receiving inspection, calibration recall and records maintenance, autoclave inspection, trim and drill inspection, tool prep inspection, and composite repair inspection. Inspector will accurately document and report any defects that violate the drawing requirements. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned such as supporting Shipping and Receiving Inspection operation. Accurately document and report any defects that violate the drawing requirements and perform in-process visual and dimensional stinger trim inspection.
JOB SKILLS: Prefer Composite Fabrication experience. At least a GED and/or High School Diploma.
