Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business. The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture. Some experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives. Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques. Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Prefer experience with process management, business models, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prefer experience with IBM Webshere/Lombardi Teamworks applications and BlueWorks process mgt tools
- Prefer experience leading or working on a project or team that utilizes an Agile project manage
Bachelor's degree and typically 7 or more years' related work experience, or a Master's degree and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is desirable; defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. A minimum of an AA degree relevant to a technical or business degree, along with specific work experience involving, business process modeling, software development/usability, and/or business process facilitation skills may be considered if skills and work experience are strong.
