Position Description:
Computer-Based Training Programmer 2
Codes, programs, tests and documents computer-based training and updates existing Flash-based/computer-based training elements to maintain currency of course materials. Reviews training products to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications. Coordinates with subject matter experts, instructional designers and others to assess and develop requirements.
Analyzes, designs, develops, produces, implements, conducts, operates, and maintains customer training products and programs. Deliverables may include training requirements, plans, aids, materials, media, embedded training, instruction, assessment, and training systems and services management.
REQUIRED: Expert/Journeyman Level Programmer: ActionScript 3.0; Flash CS5, CS5.5 or CS6.
PREFERRED: JavaScript Flash programming experience a plus.
PREFERRED: HTML and/or XML programming experience a plus.
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience, or a Master's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
