Overview

JOB DUTIES: Retrieve documents from shop
Separate mto docs from pro docs
MTO documents
If needed:
Update to standard format
Re-print on pink paper with pink MTO cover.
Return to shop.

PRO documents
If needed:
Update to standard format.
Review doc for handwritten notes. If present, give to programmer to review for incorporation to document.
Incorporate acceptable notes after programmer review.
Scan NC Tape Acceptance Record (in back of doc) and save as a pdf. Save in the NCTAR folder as read only pdf.
Create a pdf combining the document and NCTAR.
Add watermark to pdf document.
Save in NCOSD server.
Remove from plastic sheet protectors and place paper documents into shredder when done.

JOB SKILLS: Need expert experience in MS Office 2007 suite of software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Adobe Acrobat knowledge for creating PDF files.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
