Position Description: Market Analyst

CTS International is seeking a Market Analyst that is interested in an exciting new opportunity with one of the most recognizable brands in the Food and Beverage Industry. The Market Analyst will work with the customer and external research partners to gather and refine data. The data will be utilized to decide upon new product offerings currently under consideration.

Responsibilities
This individual will focus on supporting the new products team. Core responsibilities consist of leading the translation of research findings into concise and actionable insights and communicating them effectively.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Utilize a broad spectrum of research tools and databases to identify key metrics, trends and case studies related to the potential products.
Carry out presentations of relevant internally generated and externally-sourced research to the necessary parties.
Effectively manage two or three projects simultaneously

Qualifications/Requirements:
BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
5 years of experience as a new product manager or market researcher.
Experience utilizing syndicated competitive research products (comScore, Nielsen, etc.)
Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a rapidly-evolving, entrepreneurial environment
A genuine passion for data, consumer research and insights
Knowledge of international marketplaces is preferred
Experience organizing focus groups preferred
