Position Description: Financial Support Specialist

JOB DUTIES: This position is for the Enterprise Payment Services organization within the Shared Services Group (SSG) to process supplier and internal business partner requests in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

This candidite would be responsible for reviewing incoming email requests from external suppliers as well as internal business parnter requests and distributing them to the correct Production Payments and Interim Financing focal. The candidate will also cummunicate with suppliers and business partners via email and telephone when necessary. This position may also require the processing of invoices and other submittals within various systems as resources dictate. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, and provide excellent customer service.

JOB SKILLS: Candidate should demonstrate the following attributes: team player, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and accuracy, flexible, highly productive with little defect, good oral and verbal communication skills, aptitude for math and/or accounting, good overall PC skills including Microsoft Office products, and positive attitude. Candidate should work well independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting/bookkeeping skills are desirable. Must have a bachelor's degree and preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
