Position Description: Policies and Procedures Specialist

JOB DUTIES: This position is in support of the BCA Supplier Management CAS Information Services organization. Activities to include leading diverse teams in the development and implementation of plans and processes to execute projects that support the objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Conduct assessments of the organization process structure, identify gaps, and lead the team to develop new processes and standardization of current processes. Conduct assessments of all key processes to ensure they support the long range strategy of the organization. The successful candidate should have experience with organizational strategies, Lean tools and concepts, and be experienced in the use of the Microsoft suite of software tools. The candidate should also able to prepare and deliver presentations to leadership regarding results of assessments and process improvements as well as make recommendations for improvements based on team results.

JOB SKILLS: Experience with process creation / standardization
Experience leading teams and utilizing LEAN+ tools / concepts
Experience implementing new / revised processes
Prefer a bachelor's degree and/or LEAN certifications and at least 5 years’ experience in the above areas
