Steve Dworkin, President
Steve co-founded CTS International in Europe in 1984 to supply skilled personnel to major European
aerospace conglomerates. Two years later, CTS began operating in the U.S. and in 1991 made a final move to the Seattle
area to better serve the growing aerospace and IT industries. Steve brought with him to CTS his experience at Transworld Services Inc., an
international, hi-tech recruiting firm. At Transworld, he held various management positions and was instrumental in international and domestic
operations, as well as in marketing and recruitment for his industry-leading clients. Steve holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and International Relations
from Hebrew University in Israel.

Bill Norman, Chief Operating Officer
From 2005 through 2008, Bill was the co-founder and COO for Spoken Communications, a firm which specializes in speech technology solutions for the call center industry. Prior to joining Spoken, Bill spent over ten years at the Microsoft Corporation as the Vice President of Worldwide Operations for the company, with responsibility for structuring and managing operating centers located in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Before joining Microsoft, Bill spent seventeen years at Digital Equipment Corporation in various operations-related management roles. Bill holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Charles Mosher, General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs
Prior to joining CTS, Charlie was a partner with the Arlington, VA law firm of Levine & Yates, where his practice
focused on immigration and citizenship matters.
Before joining Levine & Yates, he was a co-founding partner of the law firm Babcock & Mosher in Bellingham, WA. Charlie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a JD from
the University of Idaho College of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is admitted to
practice before the Supreme Court of Washington, the United States District Court in the Western District of Washington, and federal immigration
courts nationwide.

Steve Cappo, Chief Technology Officer
Before joining CTS, Steve founded eHome Integration, a digital home integration firm specializing in advanced technologies for the home. Prior to eHome, Steve spent nearly twenty
years at IBM and Lotus Development as Director of Knowledge Management Solutions and various product management, marketing, and sales positions,
providing him with experience in the development and delivery of enterprise software, complex systems integration, and support of the world’s largest organizations. Before Lotus, Steve worked at cc:Mail and helped pioneer early adoption of
electronic mail systems. Steve holds a BS in Technical Journalism and Computer Science from Oregon State University.

Molly Flomer, Director of Accounting and Human Resources
Molly joined CTS in 1998 as Controller and took on the role as Director of Accounting and Human Resources in 2001. Prior to joining CTS, she spent six years at KeyBank where she held various management positions, including Vice President and Accounting Manager, with responsibility for general accounting and financial reporting. From 1989 through 1991, she worked at Seattle First National Bank in the accounting department. Molly has over twenty years of experience in accounting, including financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and auditing. She graduated with honors from the University of Puget Sound with a BA in Accounting and she holds a CPA certificate.

Phil Williams, Vice President, Healthcare Division
Phil brings over twenty-eight years of experience in sales and marketing with global pharmaceutical and consumer
products companies. From 1998-2008 his responsibilities included national sales, marketing management, and business
development for Novartis Consumer Health. Prior to Novartis, Phil held national, regional, and district sales and
management positions with Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Phil brings with him industry
knowledge and key partnerships for developing programs on a national and international scope. Phil graduated with a
BBA in Business Management from the University of Iowa.

Christy Doyle, Vice President, Aerospace & Defense Division
From 2004 to mid-2009, Christy worked for Aerotek Inc., founding their Government Services Division. From 1984 to 2004, she worked for
Litton Systems Inc., GM Hughes Electronics, and Northrop Grumman.
At GM Hughes she led the creation of a new spacecraft navigation product line that remains number one in
its market today. Christy worked on her MBA at Washington University and Executive MBA at Claremont’s Peter Drucker School. She also completed the
Harvard General Management and Wharton Financial Management curriculums, and has served on the GM Hughes Electronics Strategic Council.

Mark Schultz, Vice President, Business Development
Mark brings with him extensive business development, corporate strategy, and product development experience from his years as a senior wireless telecommunications executive.
He served as VP of Corporate Strategy for Alltel Communications. Prior to Alltel,
Mark was the VP of Technology and Development for Western Wireless Corporation.
He has also served as the Senior VP of International Development and Operations at AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. (McCaw Cellular),
where he was instrumental in the successful acquisition of international wireless licenses in Taiwan, Colombia, and India.
Mark has a BA from St. Lawrence University.

Darrin Odell, Director of Recruiting
Darrin brings more than twelve years experience developing recruiting strategies and processes to support global talent acquisition.
Prior to CTS, Darrin was an Executive Recruiting Manager for T-Mobile USA, where he supported senior management in indentifying new executive
leadership for the Sales and Information Technology sectors of the business. From 2002 to 2008, Darrin was the Director of Recruiting for Lionbridge
Technologies, where he drove functional recruiting in North America and India. Darrin holds a BBA, with an emphasis in International Business, from
Seattle University.
