The candidate chosen for this position will work with the Program Export Focal (PEF) for Training Systems and Government Services (TSGS). This candidate needs a minimum of two years of export experience and skills related to Program Management, and the way export control requirements and related schedules are implemented in the business. This position assists with execution of export control strategies across TSGS Division. This position assists in implementing export compliance processes and analyzing the programs statement of work in order to identify and address export compliance requirements. The candidate facilitates the development and integration of strategic license plans that enable the program to integrate its business opportunities and goals with schedules to obtain export authorizations and presents plans to leadership for approval. The candidate will interface with multiple functions to ensure export authorization request packages are complete, accurate and timely and that records in support of export authorizations are properly maintained. The position will coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders, monitor day-to-day program export activities and advise program personnel on use of export processes and tools. The position requires the ability to synthesize inputs from a variety of sources and build consensus, to understand and communicate requirements and to develop plans and lead projects based on those plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
