Performs docketing functions for domestic (United States) and foreign patent portfolios, including filing, prosecution, grant, and maintenance. Utilizes docketing application software, such as CPA/Memotech. Works closely with patent administrators, patent prosecution professionals, and docketing team.
Education/Experience Required:
Has understanding of at least U.S. patent prosecution matters
Some Travel may be Required.
REQUIREMENTS:
9+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
