To support current F-15 Avionics/Weapons Loading Technical Publications Program. The selected candidate will develop, produce, deliver and sustain technical publications data as needed to support products and services provided to Company customers.
Candidate for this position must be able to:
-Read, collect, research, interpret, analyze and evaluate engineering, vendor and customer source data in order to design, organize, and develop technical data required to maintain avionics systems or load weapons on F-15 aircraft.
-Able to develop detailed outlines and create procedures for assist in planning activities related to data development and delivery.
-Understanding of configuration management processes and highly proficient computer skills
-Knowledge along with experience of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is desired.
-An understanding and experience with XYvision/Contenta, Arbortext Epic Editor, or Quill is highly desired.
-Any experience with Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) or Extensible Markup Language (XML) authoring would be valuable.
-Analytical problem solving skills are necessary
-Previous F-15 avionics or weapons loading maintenance experience is recommended.
-F-15 EW, RADAR, COMM/NAV, or Weapons Loading experience is highly desired.
Candidates for this position will input data into an authoring and/or publishing system adhering to established standards and processes under general supervision. The selected candidate will perform assigned tasks according to schedule and general requirements which meet established quality assurance standards and will provide feedback to the Team Lead when potential design issues are identified. Candidates for this position must be able to identify and develop drafts of simple illustrations that will be used in the creation of supporting artwork.
