Job Description:
Develops solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems requiring ingenuity and innovation; applies broad scope of industrial engineering and scientific principles, theories, concepts, and expertise in industrial engineering disciplines. Helps resolve technical problems that would affect cost, schedule and performance. Acts in a technical leadership capacity. Analyzes and designs value stream maps, including capability, capacity, throughput, work flow analysis and logistics (e.g., critical path, lead-time, movement, factory layout, etc).
Must have experience in Earned Value Measurement (EVM) and have a working knowledge of MS Excel, Access and Project Management. Knowledge I-GOLD/GOLD, 4-SIGHT, Computer Assisted Process Planning (CAPP) and Lean manufacturing techniques are preferred. Knowledge of QF-16 and/or F/A-18 desired.
Required Experience:
Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Industrial engineering, computer science or mathematics; ABET preferred. Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years' relevant experience or a Master's degree with relevant experience
