Performs quality and quantitative data loads into business systems using existing processes and procedures. Able to implement new processes and procedures. Maintains and monitors data integrity, performs risks assessments, identifies and resolves discrepancies. Familiar with customers and suppliers to manage data flow. Trains lower level personnel in business systems using documented procedures. Complete understanding of the processes. Executes the integration obligations associated with coordination and follow-up activities for internal/external customers to establish responsibilities and priorities to maintain schedules and budget requirements. Independently coordinates and processes the collection and distribution of information with other organizations by providing products and services through multiple communication tools to support customer requirements. Trains less experienced personnel regarding collection and distribution of information and data. Participates in process improvement activities. Resolves, gathers and validates data from suppliers and able to participate in complex analysis to support business requirements. Performs follow-up activities to reconcile discrepancies with internal and external organizations. Proficient at analyzing, loading, revising, monitoring, and purging data to maintain data integrity for internal/external organizations. Assists in the training of other team members for analysis, loading, revising, monitoring, and purging of data. Uses established guidelines and formats to prepare and update forecasts, schedules, history, charts, and performance reports. Performs adhoc queries for customers associated with goals and objectives for visibility. Responds to customers'' inquiries and provide feedback and solutions, as required.
