Aircraft mechanical systems group is in immediate need of a landing gear engineer.
Candidate will support the design, development and documentation of fighter aircraft landing gear.
The position supports the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs/proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups.
Performs and documents analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
Contributes to supplier development, test and production activities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
BS engineering degree in Mechanical or Aerospace.
Must have at least 5 years previous landing gear design experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
