Must have 7+ years industry experience in military and space grade Printed Wiring Board (PWB) design of: Analog, Digital, RF, Flex, Rigid, High Voltage Power Supplies, High Density Interconnect (HDI), and blind and buried vias. Candidate must have 5+ years experience using Mentor Graphics Expedition, DX, CES, and Autorouter to design PWB assemblies using IPC Class 3/3A standards and applicable Company procedures. Have experience with component library development and management. Must be able to produce documentation to MIL Standards and Company drawing standards. Experience using AutoCAD and/or CATIA dxf and STEP files. Must be able to support PWB manufacturing and assembly using IPC standards and applicable Company procedures, and have experience successfully overseeing PWB and CCA suppliers. Identifies, tracks and statuses technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements. Coordinates engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product. Works under minimal direction.
