JOB DESCRIPTION:
Uses manual or Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools to develop and maintain mechanical/structural engineering product definition.
Assists in preparation of basic design layouts.
Modifies existing designs.
Assists in the coordination and development work transfer packages for relevant parties.
Verifies accuracy of non-technical data.
Investigates and resolves routine manufacturing process or engineering related issues.
Supports the maintenance of new processes and procedures by providing input related to routine aspects of the maintenance process.
Works under general supervision.
CAD requirement: Unigraphics NX6 or higher
REQUIREMENTS:
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
