JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs routine, recurring data pulls and formatting, develop PowerPoint charts, updating tables, running queries and distribution of financial data.
Reviews financial data for compliance and verifies accuracy and completeness.
Responds to routine customer inquiries related to financial transactions that require some explanation or interpretation.
Performs other duties in support of financial activities.
Works under general supervision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Business certificate preferred, Experience in Excel (Pivot tables, graphs, some formulas, macros’) Experience in PowerPoint. Strong communication skills both written and oral
***NOTE***
This position is part time ~24 hours a week, 8 hours on Monday, 4 hours Tuesday – Thursday. First week of the month 32 hours a week 8 hours Monday - Thursday. Could grow to a full time job
