JOB DUTIES:
Plans, coordinates and executes pre-production, production and post-production activities for video productions, live events and shoots in a studio environment. Develops plans, writes scripts, directs media production and performs video capture and editing processes. Operates control room switcher and other technical equipment during live broadcasts/webcasts.
JOB SKILLS:
Works primarily in a studio-based environment. Must be an experienced Studio Control Room technical director.
In addition, meets with internal Company clients to determine video needs and approach to client requirements.
Leads the planning, design and direction of media projects for advanced video productions, live events and webcasts.
Directs studio-based single or multi-camera shoots, locations and activities.
Performs video editing processes to meet program objectives.
Knowledge of studio-based television production and webcasting production a plus.
Bachelors and typically 8 or more years' related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
9+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
