Apply knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, customer requirements, vendor capabilities, design requirements, applicable regulations, and computer aided design/analysis tools in order to develop, integrate, and evaluate engineering designs. Research parts, assemblies, and installation configurations to ensure proper interface between primary and secondary structures/systems and interior components. Work closely with program management and manufacturing engineering on developing most efficient design relative to material cost and labor.
