JOB DUTIES: Diversity Recruiter Job Description
The Company is committed to hiring a diverse workforce. The diversity recruiter will support this commitment by successfully meeting the following:
Responsibilities
Support efforts to develop and implement recruiting plans that are aligned to areas of underutilization and recruit diverse talent for targeted jobs/functions/business units
Identify and attend local and national diversity recruiting events
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit a diverse pool of qualified talent
Perform applicant downselect, utilizing refined search techniques, in order to provide qualified candidates for management review, where appropriate
Partner with assigned recruiters to identify and provide access diverse pools of qualified talent
Identify appropriate pipelines of diverse qualified talent for current and future needs
Conduct analysis and develop recommendations regarding diversity staffing plans
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
JOB SKILLS: 6+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably with experience in recruiting for diverse (ethnicity and gender) talent
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level
Demonstrated ability to use an ATS and resume databases to source talent
Ability to travel as required
Demonstrated experience in recruiting diverse pools of talent (strongly desired)
10+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
