The position is for a Test Conductor on P-8A Flight Test Aircraft under test at The Naval Air Warfare Center, Patuxent River, Maryland. Typical duties of the successful candidate may include: oversight of debriefing of the test team; evaluation of test performance data and authorization to break/alter configuration; guidance in the preparation of special test procedures to support failure investigation; authorization of plans and schedules for the next test activities or events based upon results; guidance of others in the design of test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements; development and documentation of standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity; leading the analysis, processing and formatting of data to customer requirements; approval of test data prior to delivery to customer; assurance of accuracy and completeness of test requirements; direction of others in performing tests in accordance with approved test plan/procedure and applicable policies; initiation of trouble shooting and addressing of anomalies; providing concurrence on decisions relevant to emergent conditions; organization of collected data for review; leading others in the definition and oversight of test article configuration and demonstration of conformance to test specifications, established standards and regulatory requirements; coordination of approval of test readiness reviews, safety reviews and data/control systems checkout to minimize r
