Overview

Contract Hire will support Phantom Ray Program coordinate travel arrangements; generate expense reports; assist with reconciling travel credit cards; utilize word, powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint, and outlook to complete work: manage calendar for manager in outlook: answer phones; set webexes and meetings; order and maintain office supplies and other duties as assigned.

JOB SKILLS: Word, Powerpoint, Excell, Sharepoint, Outlook, Online Travel Booking experience and online expense reporting, quick learner, excellent attendance, good interpersonal skills, current secret clearance that has been investigated within last 5 years.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
