Need 2 Professional Engineers licensed by the state of Arizona to serve as Contract Hire Inspectors on the Secure Borders Initiative Network (SBInet).
Looking for expertise as follows: Construction site experience, reading blueprints and work instructions, particularly tower and shelter construction, antenna placement, concrete and rebar placement/pouring. Persons would have to have the ability to see improper construction practices and methods and raise nonconformance documents and elevate issues to local management.
JOB SKILLS: PEs will need to obtain SBInet Program Clearances (Confidential and Law Enforcement Sensitive) and prepare submissions for background investigations by the U.S. Government. Interim clearances can be granted upon submission of packages and local law enforcement and National Agency Checks. Ideally civil or structural engineers. Health and stamina are paramount
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
