Position

Overview

- Provides staff analyst support to of M&Q Enterprise Learning Solutions
- Leads the implementation and execution of the M&Q Vision Support Plan by working in conjunction with the BCA/SSG and BDS customers
- Oversight over M&Q Demand management activities and supports meetings as needed
- Process Improvement/Standardization . Works in conjunction with M&Q Lead to assemble, collect, compile and analyze data from multiple sources to proactively identify learning solution opportunities and quantify M&Qs value to the business. (Includes interfacing with BCA/SSG and BDS business partners.)
- Interfaces with focal points (e.g., Finance, Business Center, Demand Management, BCA/SSG and BDS analysts, management and M&Q Leadership) to satisfy the needs of the business (e.g., consolidations, reductions, new business requirements, reorganizations) and employees (e.g., ergonomic, health, safety, virtual office, telecommuting).
- Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials to customers, partners, suppliers and Company employees.
- Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget, ensures the execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
- Leads the assessment, maintenance and tracking of training requirements and develops training plans based on business needs.

JOB SKILLS: Knowledge:
Understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts

Problem Solving:
Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies

Typical Educ/Exper:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Expert with Microsoft Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

**VIRTUAL ASSIGNMENT. LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO REPORT TO SOUTHPARK FOR FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS, STAFF, AND OTHER AD HOC REVIEWS THROUGHOUT THE ASSIGNMENT. WILL REPORT TO ONE OF SOUTHPARKS CONFERENCE AREAS FOR TRAINING/ORIENTATION**
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
