Work directly with laboratory, flight test and program engineering personnel to define and document test requirements and objectives. Work with testing personnel to determine capability team assignments and create the testing and resource plan to meet program objectives. Facilitate the creation of resource estimates and provide oversight for project execution. Provide and present status at program reviews.
JOB SKILLS: Bachelors of Science Degree in an engineering or technical field required. Minimum of 8 years experience performing and supporting airplane system and flight testing of commercial or military aircraft desired. Experience managing complex projects and systems engineering skills a plus.
