JOB DUTIES: Develops program and/or project level schedules for both recurring and non-recurring aspects of new business acquisitions, proposals and ongoing production and/or change driven activities. Integrates program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional and product groups, suppliers and partners. Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses. Identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Identifies and reports schedule performance variances and any associated cost variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Performs scheduling impact analyses related to a change request and incorporates approved changes to the schedule. Ensures configuration control of integrated program plans and schedules.
JOB SKILLS: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
