JOB DUTIES: Entry Level Electro Mechanical / Equipment Designer and Installation
Designs Develops, maintains and releases electronic / electrical / mechanical drawings and 3D MBD Model based definition data packages using CATIA V5 and IMAN TCE Team Center Engineering PDM. In addition ability to revise and release legacy 2D Mylar type Drawings.
Duties include developing Aircraft Helicopter Cockpit layouts, designing various Instrument and Switch Panel assemblies. Electronic boxes, Avionic Racks and shelves, & all other aircraft type electrical and avionics aircraft installations.
Develops aircraft cockpit for multiple customers by applying company, industry and governmental standards (e.g., design, drafting, parts). Uses computer-aided design (CATIA V5 CAD System) drafting methods (e.g., orthographic projection, descriptive geometry, mathematical principles) and investigation design precedents to document and maintain configuration control of engineering designs for use by downstream organizations (e.g., manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, test). Coordinates to ensure schedule compliance commitments are met.
Preparation of electronic parts lists using Iman / Team Center PDM to identify the components, materials and processes. Ensures optimum components, materials and processes that facilitate production are specified.

JOB SKILLS: Must have work or educational CAD Training / Experience.
Entry Level - Engineering College Students & Grads, or applicable Technical Vocational School Students & Grads. Working knowledge of various Microsoft SW.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
