Develops & maintains Project Engineering schedules and tracks activities within the Engineering organization (including simulation and optimization). Develops and maintains Project schedules for Engineering. Maintains Engineering Master database and Engineering drawing package status by aircraft. Prepares trend charts, critical path matrix and Engineering performance measurement charts.
1. Ensures that all Engineering schedules necessary to accomplish the approved plans are developed and communicated.
2. Maintains status of all tasks and prepares reports on these activities as requested.
3. Analyzes impact of upcoming changes and provides responsible parties with forecast.
4. Develops necessary reports, graphs, charts, etc. to communicate schedule vs. actual position.
5. Attend project meetings & develop schedules to support goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, a related curriculum or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience Requirements:
1. Five years of planning/scheduling, tracking, or related analytical experience utilizing project management tool.
2. Good working knowledge of PC based software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Access and Power Point.
Use and detailed understanding of Excel. 2.) Experienced in the use and development of Access databases. 3.) MS Project Engineering experience. 4.) Understanding and experience working in a PLM environment. ENOVIA LCA, a plus.
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
